Description:
The church of Hagios Georgios lies a kilometer southwest of Christos, in the position “Orkos” in Elaion in Megara. It is also a simple, four-columned, cross-in-square church dated to the 12th century. A few wall painting fragments are preserved in its interior. Opposite the entrance is the wall painting of Hagios Georgios on a horse slaughtering the dragon. In the conch of the sanctuary, on top of the double-light window, there are fragments of hierarchs on medals.
